At Razzle Dazzle, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our 7-day exchange policy ensures you can easily swap your items for a different size, color, or style with minimal hassle.

⏱ Exchange Window

7 Days from Purchase Date

You have 7 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate an exchange. The clock starts from the date your order was placed, not the date it was delivered.

✓ Requirements

• Unused and Unworn: Items must be in their original, unworn condition with no signs of use.

  • Original Tags and Packaging: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and undamaged.
  • No Wear or Damage: Items must show no signs of wear, stains, odors, or damage of any kind.
  • Proof of Purchase Required: Original receipt, order confirmation email, or proof of purchase must be provided with the exchange request.

✔ What Can Be Exchanged

  • Different sizes of the same item
  • Different colors or styles of the same product
  • Any other item from our current collection of equal or lesser value
  • Items purchased directly from our store or authorized retailers

✕ What Cannot Be Exchanged

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used in any way
  • Items with missing or damaged original tags and packaging
  • Items showing signs of wear, stains, odors, or damage
  • Items purchased from third-party sellers or unauthorized retailers
  • Clearance or final sale items (unless otherwise specified)
  • Items exchanged beyond the 7-day window

📋Exchange Process

1. Contact Customer Service

Reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of your purchase with your exchange request. Include your order number and reason for the exchange.

2. Provide Order Details

Submit your order confirmation, proof of purchase, and details about the item you wish to exchange for. Include photos if requested.

3. Ship Item Back

Once approved, we'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Carefully package your item and ship it back to us in its original condition with all tags attached.

4. Receive Replacement

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your exchange and ship your replacement item promptly. You'll receive a tracking number via email.

Return Shipping

We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all approved exchanges. Simply print the label and attach it to your package. Return shipping is completely free.

Replacement Shipping

Your replacement item will be shipped to you at no additional cost using standard shipping. Expedited shipping options may be available upon request.

Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we typically process exchanges within 5-7 business days. Your replacement will then be shipped promptly.
